Understanding our Admissions Process

We believe a thorough application helps us understand each student and family. Complete all sections carefully to avoid delays, and know that a campus tour is encouraged but not required.

What you'll need to submit

To streamline the application process, gather these documents and information before starting your application:

Student records

Birth certificate and immunization records establish your child's eligibility and health status for enrollment.

Academic history

Transcripts, report cards, and progress reports from current and previous schools help us understand academic performance and growth.

Testing results

Standardized testing scores for grades 3–12 provide insight into academic readiness and learning patterns.

Supporting documents

Name and email addresses for digital  teacher and character recommendation forms.

Apply online

Complete the online application with family information, educational background, and faith perspective. Submit required documents and the non-refundable application fee.

Admissions assessment

Students in grades 1–12 complete a brief assessment. For kindergarten, we conduct a readiness evaluation to ensure the best fit for your child's development.

Family interview

Meet with our Administration team to discuss your family's values, educational goals, and fit with our Christ-centered community.

Final Decision/Wait Pool

We evaluate academic readiness, character fit, and family alignment with our mission. You'll receive our decision within two weeks of your interview.

Enrollment

Important Application Dates

When a student is offered enrollment at Crosspoint Christian School, an online enrollment packet will be emailed to the primary contact on file. This packet must be completed within 5 business days to secure the student’s seat. Additional information about the upcoming school year will be provided as the academic year approaches.

Details

This is the ideal time to apply. Applicants who complete the process and meet admissions criteria may receive wait pool status. Families who accept wait pool status will receive an enrollment decision in mid-March (after current student re-enrollment).

CCS actively fills any remaining seats for the next school year during this period. Wait pool status is likely for most grade levels.

To be considered for financial aid awards, families must meet all requirements. Awards are contingent upon available funding.

Summer applications are welcome. Due to reduced summer staffing at multiple districts, processing delays may occur if applications are submitted after June 1. Wait pool status is likely for all grade levels.
